The Gas Seeker detector has been designed and built according to European regulations to detect, through the built-in catalytic sensor, the presence of Methane and LPG gas. The sensor is calibrated to detect a gas concentration at 10% of L. E. L. At the same time it ensures a high selectivity with regard to the interfering species usually present in household environments and that could often cause false
alarms (cooking, steams, wines, alcohol, cleaners, ammonia, etc. ).
A series of technical features make this detector extremely versatile, reliable, accurate, and safe.
The internal jumper makes it possible to select the relay impulse functioning to connect manual reset solenoid valves, or the continuous functioning to activate solenoid valves and/or sirens.
The relay, free of voltage, allows installation of multiple detectors on a single solenoid valve ensuring control of multiple dangerous environments.
Beyond the main alarm signal two pre-al arms were fitted. These are designed to advise the user earlier if compared to other standard detectors.
The device i s complete with a special circuit that controls the catalytic sensor’ s efficiency level, and signals any possible fault. The external container has an I P42 protection degree. These features make the Gas Seeker reliable for civil environment safety.
